Multi-tasking is so nineties. It's time to embrace single tasking. Have you noticed that when you multi-task you are actually less productive? This year I am trying to do one task at a time instead of juggling multiple things.

Here’s how I plan to do it:
Have a one screen rule - so no using the iPad, smart phone and TV all at the same time.
Concentrate on talking to people without being distracted by technology.
Read without interruption.
Research has shown that multi-tasking results in each of the tasks being poorly completed, it’s time to embrace the ‘less is more’ methodology to our work habits. Does anyone else find multi-tasking unproductive?
