Set yourself a reading challenge for 2018!

My goal is to read 52 books this year, yes, that’s one book a week! Since I started studying medicine I haven’t read as much as I would like but this year it’s going to change. I am replacing my ‘screen vortex’ with reading instead. Calculate how many hours a week you consume mindless television. Is it 1-2 hours a day? That’s 14 hours a week! You can read, write or create during that time instead. It’s time to replace old passive habits with new creative ones that feed your mind and soul. All books were secondhand from Thriftbooks, expect for my signed copy of Tribe of Mentors from my fave Tim Ferriss.
