Here is a fun recipe on how to transform food waste into a body scrub:

1️⃣ Get 3 avocado seeds and cut it into small pieces (to cut the seed, let it dry overnight and then cut it, it’s much less slippery)

2️⃣ Peel off the outer layer and put the seeds into a food processor so that it’s cut into fine pieces

3️⃣ Add 1/3 cup of coconut oil or avocado oil

4️⃣ Add 1/3 cup olive oil and mix together in a large bowl

5️⃣ Transfer into an upcycled jar

This scrub lasts for about 3–4 weeks and longer if refrigerated. This scrub is a fun #frugalhack that saves money and prevents food waste.

I read the post about the zero waste avocado seed body scrub and I like how it shows a fun way to reuse kitchen scraps for softer skin. Last semester when I was stuck on a long essay, I had to hire someone to edit law paper so I could focus on other work and still meet my deadline. Reading this made me think that creative ideas and a bit of help can really make things easier.

I had fun reading your post on making a zero-waste avocado seed body scrub and how the steps are pretty straightforward to reuse kitchen scraps in self-care. It reminded me that sometimes I get so busy, my remedy is to hire someone to take my online finance class just so I can survive a whole week of work and still manage to squeeze in some small self-care routines like this. And these simple habits can make such a huge difference in how we feel.

Your post about making a zero-waste avocado seed scrub was really fun to read, and the steps looked easy to follow even for someone with little DIY experience. Last year I made a scrub like that after a long study week when I had to use the business management dissertation service late one night and needed a simple self-care boost the next day. That moment made me see how small homemade treats can lift your mood after a tough task.
