Zero waste energy drink!

Time to ditch the sugar (or faux-sugar) laden energy drinks which are usually in single-use packaging. They are expensive and not a healthy option.

Here is a traditional Chinese recipe which my mother taught me for a natural, zero waste energy drink:

1️⃣ Soak 10 goji berries in some hot water overnight

2️⃣ Allow to cool and drink the next morning!

It’s a super refreshing drink that is full of natural goodness and gives you a pep in your step. Enjoy!

This zero-waste energy drink recipe sounds like the perfect natural boost for those of us navigating a busy city lifestyle. I can imagine how refreshing this would be during the quiet pre-dawn hours while preparing for sehri time london, providing a gentle wake-up call before the day begins. It’s lovely to find sustainable ways to stay nourished and energized during such a peaceful and reflective time of the morning.

Your blog helped me understand everything step by step. I was looking for a Ladki Bahin Yojana scheme guide, and finally found a place that explains everything clearly. The document checklist shared here is extremely helpful. Keep up the good work.
