Here’s another recipe to make with your humble avocado seed:

1️⃣ Remove the avocado seed and cut in half - half a seed is suitable for one cup of tea

2️⃣ Peel off the outer layer

3️⃣ Seep in hot water for 10 minutes

4️⃣ Add a dash of honey (optional)

Enjoy this nutty tea - it tastes like a nutty avocado flavour.

Avocado tea is believed to help with digestion as it is high in soluble fibre and it’s also believed to have a number of benefits (do some research). I like it because it prevents food waste and has a lovely flavour. Enjoy!
