Enjoy food without plastic! This little dessert recipe is totally plastic-free and totally delicious! Who says zero waste living is about boring, bland food? For this strawberry and coconut yogurt parfait, you’ll need: 1. Berries or chopped up fruit (I freeze mine from the farmer’s markets) 2. Coconut yogurt (1 probiotic capsule with 1 can of coconut milk, pour into clean glass jar and leave overnight covered with cheesecloth, refrigerate after 24 hours) - add a bit of honey or some dates for extra sweetness 3. Granola clusters from the bulk store 4. Layer into a vintage crystal glass for extra elegance Store bought desserts are usually laden with artificial sugar and wrapped in plastic. This dessert is a healthy treat - good for you and good for the planet!
