Grow something!! Did you know most of the ‘ends’ of fruits and vegetables that we throw into the compost can be regrown? It’s so easy!

Here I have a celery end which I put in some water and within days, it’s sprouted. You can then replant this into the ground and a celery plant will grow! When you grow something, get your hands dirty, nurture a plant and grow your own food, you’re also doing an act of self-care. It allows you to see nature grow something from nothing. Next time, think before you compost or throw away vegetable ends. Have a google and see if you can regrow it!
