The great thing about living a zero waste life is that I get to be creative and try new recipes. Because they are made from natural ingredients, even if the recipe is a spectacular fail, it doesn’t cost a lot to experiment.

Here is a zero waste mouthwash that was a spectacular success: - 2-3 tablespoons of bicarbonate soda - 250 mL of water - 5-10 drops of peppermint or spearmint essential oil
Shake thoroughly and rinse your mouth like you would a normal mouthwash! Product lasts 10-14 days. So easy and no plastic waste!
